摘要
报告3例胎儿先天性颅脑畸形的CT表现,其中积水性无脑畸形2例,脑穿通畸形1例。以上3例引产死婴均为头颅尸检证实,对其中1例死婴头颅做了CT检查并与胎儿期头颅CT所见进行了对照。
The CT findings of 3 cases of congenital brain malformation ae reported, which included 2 cases of hydranencephaly and 1 case of porencephaly. These diagnoses were confirmed by the examination of infantile cadavers from induced labor. A comparison of encephalic CT findings between fetus in trimeter of pregnancy and its cadaver after induced labor was made in 1 case.
