摘要
1992年作者曾在不同场合发表了题为“面向智力圈经济学”的论文,引起了较广泛的兴趣,也提出了不少问题。本文将针对一些主要问题,对在经济领域中运用的(火用)方法作进一步的阐明,包括:经济管理中的两个不同层次,在其中运用(火用)方法时又划分出四个子层次,从而引出智力圈经济学的概念。
In 1992,the authers published on different ocasions a paper titled“Toward The Noo- sphere Economics”that has caused some interests and also some questions.Aiming at such questions,this paper presents a further statement on the exergy method used in economic development,including:the two different levels of economic management,and four su- flevels caused fy using the exergy method to the two levels of management.And hereafter the concept of Noosphere Economics is deduced.
