MEASUREMENT OF RED CELL DEFORMABILITY BY MICROPORE FILTRATION TECHNIQUES──A Review of The Recent Development

摘要 文中扼要地评价近 10年来采用核孔滤膜研究红细胞变形性的各种方法以及日本新研制的镍网。着重分析各种数据处理方法,并对研制与使用有关仪器时应注意的问题做了讨论。 In this paper various techniques of nuclepore membrane filtration, developed in recent ten years, for the study of red cell deformability as well as the nickel mesh newly developed in Japan are reviewed. Emphasis is placed on the data reduction methods and discussion is made for some prob- lems to which attention should be paid in developing and utilizing the apparatuses.
