摘要
本文列举了目前影响地勘单位管理进步的七个方面因素,认为经济体制是关键性的。要推进地勘单位管理进步,必须加快地质经济体制的改革,转换单位经营机制,建立管理进步的激励机制,抓紧地质经济结构调整,加强调查研究。探索适应市场经济和适合地勘单位特点的管理方式和方法。
The article enumerates 7 kinds of factors that are of influence to the improvement of management of the geological prospecting units, among which, the economic structure is deemed, to be of key importance. The author thinks, in order to propel the progress in management, it is imperative to speed up the economic restructuring of the geological sector, and at the same time, tranform the operating mechanism of the prospecting units, establisha system to encourage management progress, lose no time in readjusting the geological production structure, and enhance investigation and study so as to explore new forms and ways of management in the light of the characteristics of the geological prospecting units and the demands of market economy.
