摘要
本文认为,增强地勘单位的活力,关键是要加强内部管理工作。文章就此从加强人才管理、信息管理、质量管理、财务和物资管理,及坚持按劳分配、调整职能机构等几个方面提出了一些见解。
The author deems the key to strengthening the vitality of the geological prospecting units is to improve their internal management, and expresses his opinions on management of competent personnel, information work, materials and financial affairs, as well as quality control, the principle of distribution according to one's work and readjustment of the functionary organs.
