摘要
应用中药复方“强心合剂”治疗30例充血性心力衰竭,总有效率93.3％,显效率53.3％。观察到强心合剂能够增加CO、SV、EF、缩短PEP,延长LVEF,降低PEP/LVEF比值,增加TRTI、DATI,减慢心率.减少心肌耗氧指数,增加尿量,并降低血浆心钠素,β_2-微球蛋白含量,减少地高辛用量,同时症状、体征明显改善。
The compound Chinese drug preparation Cardiotonic Mixture was used to treat 30 cases of congestive heart failure, with the effective rate of 93.3％ and marked effective rate of 53.3％. It was observed that the Carditonic Mixture can increase CO, SV and EF,shorten PEP,Prolong LVEF,increase TRTI and DATI,slow down the heart beat,reduce myocardial oxygen consumption,increase urine volume, reduce the content of β_2—mieroglobulin, reduce the dosage of digoxin and improve symptoms and signs.
