摘要
本文报告了理中汤对小鼠小肠推进运动和离体家免小肠运动的影响。实验结果表明:理中汤能明显抑制正常小鼠及大黄脾虚小鼠、新斯的明负荷小鼠的小肠推进运动;对家兔离体肠管运动的影响表现为使离体十二指肠的自发活动受到抑制,能拮抗乙酰胆碱、氯化钡引起的肠管强直性收缩;但对肾上腺素所致的肠管运动抑制无明显作用。结果提示理中汤改善胃肠运动的功能与其抗乙酰胆碱、抑制交感神经兴奋以及对平滑肌的直接作用有关。
The result of the experiment showed that this decoction could markedly inhibit the prepelling movement of the mice's small intestines and the spontaneous movement of the rabbits' duodenum. It could also antagonize the rigid contraction of the intestinal canal caused by acetylcholine and barium chloride. It had no marked inhibiting effect on movement of the intestinal canal caused by adrenalin.
