摘要
本文研究了华支睾吸虫的减数分裂,报道了同源染色体的配对、交换与分离及其细线期、偶线期、粗线期、双线期,终变期的形态学特点,以及华支睾吸虫的单倍体、二倍体、多倍体、精原细胞、精细胞和精子的观察结果。
In this paper, meiosis of Clonorchis sinensis was studies. Symapsis, exchange, isolation between homologous chromosomes and their morphology at leptotene stage, zygotene stage, pachytene stage, diplotene stage, diakinesis stage were observed. The haploid. diploid, poly-ploid, spermatogonium. spermatid and sperm of Clonorchis sinensis were also observed.
