摘要
经B超和CT诊断的55例肝囊肿,占住院人数的0.046％,占肝脏B超检查的0.25％,占腹部CT检查的6.57％。临床上由于无症状表现,故不易作出诊断,本文对其病因及B超(42例)和CT(13例)表现进行了探讨,认为B超和CT对诊断肝囊有一定的临床价值。
Fifty five cases of hepatic cyst diagnosed by β-ultrasound and CT,accounted for 0. 046％ of in-patients, 0.250％ of β-ultrasound examined livers and 6.57％ of CT abdominal examined patients. The patients often presented no clinical symptomes,therefore it is not liable to give a diagnosis. The causes and manifestations of ultrasound (42 cases)and CT (13cases) examinations are discussed in this paper,showing that the β-ultrasound and CT examinations are valuable for the diagnosis of hepatic cyst.
