摘要
本实验通过有机溶剂顺序提取,分离,对雷公藤根和昆明山海棠根的相对应部位进行薄层层析鉴别,化学成分的预测和溶点的测定来判别两种植物差异。结果表明,两种植物含有很多相似的化学成分。
The experiment was done with organic solvents to abstract and isolate the corresponding parts of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. and Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Levl) Hutch. Identification with thin layer chromatography, the detection of chemical elements and determination of the melting point were conducted so as to tell the difference between the two plants. The results showed that they have much in common as far as chemical components are concerned.
