摘要
本文对25MnV、40C_r等合金结构钢进行深冷处理,深冷处理后冲击韧性均得到不同程度的提高。回火温度越低、冲击韧性值提高幅度越大,表明钢的基体组织过饱和度是影响深冷处理强韧比效果的重要因素。
In this paper numerous kinds of alloy steel,such as 25MnV aod 40Cr steeld,are treated at ultra -low temperature, and this dleep cryoginic treatment shows more or less improvement of impact toughness. The lower tempering temperature is, the more the impact toughness incredses, which indicates that the saturating degree of matrix structure is an important factor of the deep-cryoginic-treated steels.
