摘要
导言自1945年起英国学校经历了两次巨大的课程改革浪潮。第一次浪潮于六十年代和七十年代初席卷学校,第二次浪潮于十年后以确立全国统一课程的1988年教育改革法案的形式跟随而来。现在流行的观点认为这两次变革之间根本不具有连续性,而且以非常对立的关于教师作用的假设为基础。
Since 1945 schools in UK have experienced two waves of curriculum reform.The first burst in 1960's.It is often characterised as teacher' initiated.From it an idea about the teacher's role in curriculum development emerged,namely“teacher as rese- archer”.Yet the first wave is seen to be responsible for a“decline”instandards. The second wave in late 80's was state initiated,but did not appear to work eith- er My answer is that we must adopt a third option,a“negotiated”national curricu- um would be continuously reconstructed.And teachers and schools are accountable to regional and national forums.
