摘要
超高强度、高导电性铜合金是一类新兴的铜基材料。该类材料通过难熔金属和Cr、Fe、V显微复合,强度最高可达2000MPa以上,电导率最高可达82%IACS。本文叙迷了超高强度、高导电性铜合金主要特点和强化原理,介绍了国外高性能铜合金研究现状、制备工艺以及现有各种超高强度、高导电性铜合金。并对该材料作了评价与展望。
The ultrahigh strength,high conductivity copper alloys are a new class of copper-base material.At room temperature,2000MPa UTS and 82% IACS could be attained by refractory elements and Cr,Fe,V microcompositin This review concenttates on the high performace copper alloy chatacterisation and strengthening theory,and outlines its research conditions,manufaeturing process.In addition ,a lot of ultrahigh strength,high conductivity copper alloys are givcen and evaluation of these matetials is described.
