摘要
经对柠檬酸厂所排硫酸钙废渣的化学成份和理化性质进行分析,探讨了干法和湿法两种制半水石膏的工艺过程,并分别制备出符合国家建材标准的β-半水石膏和α-半水石膏。
This paper studies the semi-water plaster stone using calcium sulphatewaste residue from the citric acid plant. We analyze its physics and chemistry,and the chemical composition of waste residue,and inquire into both dry and wet technological processes of the semi-water plaster stone. We have produce β-semi-water plaster stone and a -semi-weter plaster stone in accord with the Chinese National Standard of Building Material.
