摘要
Anterior capsulotomy by Nd: YAG laser was performed in 33 patients (43 eyes) with congenital cataract Intraocular Pressure elevated in 8 eyes(19%) and markedconstriction of the pupil was in 1 eye(2%).The patientswere followed up postoperatively for 1-45 months,averaging 13 months.The corrected visual acuity was 0.3or better in 29 eyes(67%).Anterior capsulotomy byND: YAG laser lessened the entry times of instrumentsinto the anterior chamber and decressed the traction onthe peripheral retina,the lens cortex was aspirated morereadily and avoided many postoperative complications.
