副溶血性弧菌污染情况调查及致病性探讨

摘要 副深血性弧菌是一种引起食物中毒较常见的嗜盐菌。为探索该菌的污染情况及探寻致病性鉴定的简便方法,本文对广州市,珠海市部分市场的食品共129份进行副溶血性弧菌的检测和致病性试验。结果分离到副溶血性弧菌18株,阳性率为13.95%,按尤氏生化分型为I型4株,Ⅱ型1株,Ⅳ型12株,V型1株。21株副溶血性弧菌的尿素酶试验与神奈川现象及动物试验结果基本一致,说明尿素酶试验有可能作为副溶血性弧菌致病性鉴定的一种简便方法。 Vibrio parahaemolyticus is one of the common halophihic bacteria which called foodpoisoning.In this study,18 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from 129 samples of variousfoods collected from food markets in Guangzhou and Zhuhai City.They were identified astype I(4 strains), type Ⅱ(l strain), type Ⅳ ( 12 strains) and type V(l strain). Theirpathogenicity test was done with Urease-test, Kanagawa test and animal test. As the re-sult,three methods showed very high correspondence.The Urease-test seems to be a sim-ple and convenient method for pathogenicity identification of vibrio parahaeniolyticus.
