摘要
用在体大鼠心肌缺血再灌性心律失常模型观察血小板与再灌性心律失常的关系及槲皮素对其的影响。再灌注前2miniv槲皮素(5mg·kg-1)可显著降低室颤发生率和血浆TXB2值,明显改善血小板超微结构,增加Keto—PGF1a值和血小扳数。结果显示,相应素抗大鼠再灌性心律失常作用与抑制血小板聚集,TXA2形成及增加PGI2的产生,改善血小板超微结构有关。
