锯缘青蟹卵巢发育过程中不同器官组织脂类和脂肪酸组成 被引量:12

摘要 TG和PL是青蟹卵巢的主要脂类,以TG含量最高,肝胰腺脂类主要有TG、FFA和PL.PL在肌肉的脂类中占绝对优势。随性腺发育,卵巢的TG、PL均增,而肝胰腺者则下降,肌肉的PL也显著减少,青蟹含有较高的16:0、16:1ω7、18:1ω9、20:5ω3和22:6ω3酸,占总脂肪酸的57.59%~75.93%。随着性腺发育,卵巢16:1ω7+18:1ω9和20:5ω3+22:6ω3均上升,肝胰腺的16:1ω7+18:1ω9在Ⅱ期显著上升,而Ⅲ期急剧下降,其20:5ω3+22:6ω3变化趋势与之相似,但变幅较小。 The lipid classes from various organs &.tissues of Scylla serrata during the ovariandevelopment, analysed by thin-layer chromatosraphy, were as follows: Ovaries accumulated TG &PL as the major lipids, which contained 56. 3%~62.5% TG & 11.7%~16. 8% PL. Lipid classesof hepatopancreas mainly consisted of TG,FFA & PL,i. e. 32. 0 %~ 51 . 6% , 10. 7 %~ 29. 2 % , &1 3. 4 %~24. 5% respectively.PL,with a content of 32. 1%~60. 8 % , was a dominant constituentof lipids in muscle. With increasing maturity of the ovary , both TG & PL of ovaries increased,whilethose of hepatopocreas decreased. The PL of muscle decreased markedly during the ovarian develop-ment. Fatty acid compositions, analysed by gas-liquid chromatography,showed that the 16:0,16 :1ω7,18:1ωg , 22 : 5ω3 . & 22:6ω3 acids,altogether 57. 59 %~75. 93 % of the total FA contents,were dominat in S.serrata.With the ovarian developing,both contents of 16:1ω7 plus 18 : 1ωg& 20:5ω3 plus 22:6ω3 increased in ovaries,but those fluctuated in hepatopancreas,by increasingin 16:1ω7 plus 18 : 1ωg at stage Ⅱ&.decreasing at stage Ⅲ.
