摘要
按照系统适度开放、供需协调发展、充分利用现有和潜在资源的原则,对现状农业生产结构进行评估。采用定性与定量相结合和系统分析方法,建立数模优化方案,从中筛选出最佳方案和实现对策,促进“二高一优”农业生产结构的发展。
Agricultural Production structure is evaluated on the principle of proper opening of the system,the coordinative development of supplies and demands,and the full utilization of potential resources. By means of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analyses, the optimum plan of mathematic model has been established to select the best project and the best way to deal with the situation so as to promote the development of agricultural production structure which is called 'high yield,high efficiency and top quality (two highs and one top )'.
