摘要
在洋浦近岸海域潮流数值模型的基础上,建立了该海域的平流—扩散输运模型,利用该模型进行多种规划方案下的水质预测,计算污染物排海的控制总量,并对规划方案进行优化。
Based on the tidal current numerical model in the Yangpu coastal area, this paper establishes a convection-dispersion mass transport model for this area. It uses this model to predict the water quality of diverse programme projects. It also computes the control total amount of pollutant discharge, and conducts the optimization of these programme projects.
