摘要
选取分别被克隆到Co24质粒和BS质粒上的番木瓜环斑病毒外壳蛋白(PRSV—CP)基因和柞蚕抗菌肚D(CecropinD)基因为材料,构建了单抗表达载体FK3和PCo25,进一步构建了双抗植物表达载体pKPT。这为开展单抗和多抗植物基因工程的研究提供了重要途径。
Papaya ringspot virus coat protein(PRSV CP)gene and.Antheraea,pernyi Cecropin D gene were cloned into plasmids Co24 and BS respectively-and then used as materials for the construction of resistant expression vect-ors pK3 and pCo25 and, further,of,digenous resistant expression vector pKPT by gene conjunction. This is an important method to study plantresistant gene engineering.
