猪应激敏感性生化遗传标记的研究

摘要 83头猪用于Phi、Pgd、PO2生化多态性分析,结果显示,在三种表型分布内,氟烷阳性猪发生率、背最长肌pH值、系水力等肉质性状差异极显著;同一个体优良基因数目与氟烷敏感性、肉质指标呈强线性关系。对四种亲本交配组合共计19窝132头猪的亲子代进行了HM单倍型推断的遗传分析,结果表明:前三种交配组合可以根据亲子代的Phi、PO2、Pgd表型及子代的氟烷测验结果对HM单倍型进行推断;Haln与BSA、BSB连锁紧密,HalN与ASA、AFA连锁紧密。用已知双亲的HM单倍型,结合子代的酶型推断氟烷基因型,准确率达90%。因此,Phi、PO2、Pgd表型可以作为猪应激敏感性的生化遗传标记。 Eighty-three pigs were used to study the biochemical polymorphisms of Phi, PO 2 and Pgd. The results showed that there were significant differences in the distribution of halothane-positive pigs, muscular pH and water holding capacity among three phenotypes of PO 2 , Phi and Pgd respectively. The amounts of Phi A, PO F 2 and Pgd B allels in a pig were linearly related to halothane sensitivity and meat quality traits respectively. Four types of parental mating combination from 132 piglets in 19 litters were included in the experiment. The first 3 types of parental mating combination can be used to deduce the HM haplotype of parents and offsprings. The results showed that Hal n is closely linked with BSA and BSB while Hal N is closely linked with ASA and AFA. Using the haplotype(deduced) of parents in combination with the phenotypes of Phi, PO 2 and Pgd of piglets, piglets' halothane genotype was deduced and the deduced accuracy came to 90 per cent. Therefore, it can be said that the phenotypes of Phi, PO 2 and Pgd can be used as biochemical genetic mark of porcine stress susceptibility.
