马来海松酸酐合成耐热电缆增塑剂的研究 被引量:10

摘要 用马来海松酸酐和2-乙基己醇合成三酯。首先设计加工了专用压力釜,发展了高效、保色催化剂,在250℃以上加压催化酯化,连续排反应水,成功地得到了产品。经质量指标测定、TG分析、塑化性质测定和塑料配方试验,其质量符合耐热增塑剂的要求,尤其是热稳定性优于偏苯三酸三辛酯,可代替大部分偏苯三酸三辛酯用于105℃电缆料。 A triester was synthetized from maleopimaric acid and 2-ethylhexanol.A special reactor was de-signed and manufactured and a highly efficient,colourstabilizing catalyst was developed.When catalyzed es-terifieation was carried out under pressure at temperature higher than 250℃ and the reaction water removedcontinuously,the reaction moved forward successfully. Reaults of quality tests,TG analysis,plastifying testand PVC compound examination confirm that they can satisfy the requirements of heat resistant plastifier,es-pecially the heat stability is better than that of trioctyltrimellitate. Henee trioetylmaleopimarate can substitutea large part of trioetyltrimellitate used in 105℃ PVC cable compound.
