摘要
辅酶Ｑ_（１０）具有抗氧化和膜稳定作用，属线粒体中呼吸链的电子传递体，是一种抗氧化剂和自由基清除剂，可改善心脏病患者心功能。本研究选择重症心脏瓣膜置换术病人４０例，分辅酶Ｑ_（１０）组（ｎ＝２０），对照组（ｎ＝２０）。用药组术前口服辅酶Ｑ_（１０）１０ｍｇ／ｄ７～１０ｄ，测定给药前，术前、术毕和术后２ｄ血流动力学ＣＩ（心指数）、ＳＩ（每搏指数）、ＩＣ（心肌收缩指数）、ＥＦ（射血分数）和ＴＦＩ（胸液指数）。结果表明用药组术前泵功能和心肌收缩性均有所改善。术毕和术后２ｄ，用药组ＣＩ、ＳＩ、ＩＣ、ＥＦ上升幅度明显大于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。因此，术前服用辅酶Ｑ_（１０）可增强心肌收缩性和有利于术后心功能的恢复。
Abstract Forty patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement were studied in 2 groups: a coenzyme Q_(10) group (n = 20, 10 mg qd, po,7-10d) and a cntrol group (n=20). Hemodynamic indices were measured before drug administration, immediately preoperative, immediate postoperative, and 2d after operation by means of a noninvasive hemodynamic monitor(NCCOM3-R7). Results showed that the indices of pump function and cardiac contractility increased significantly in the coenzyme Q_(10) group. Hence, it was suggested that coenzyme Q_(10) is justifiable to be used perioperatively for strengthening the cardiac function in cardiac valve replacement patients.
