摘要
本文主要阐述了在改革、开放、加速建设社会主义市场经济体制过程中，如何做到清正廉洁。这是一个亟待解决的重要问题。针对这一问题，结合工作实际，搞好廉政立法教育，加强建章立制建设是反腐保廉的根本途径。
This paper expounds how to keep the incorrupt government in the course of reforms and opening to the outside world,as well as speeding up constructing aseialist market economic system,It’s animportant problem that needs to be solved quickly.In view of existing situation and connecting one’spractical work, it is pointed out that the essential way to oppose the corruption and incorrutp government is to do well the education of the incorrutp government and legislation, and strengthen the construction of the organizational system.
