摘要
对三个材料各一个基本株自交产生的姊妹系及其姊妹种,以及由此配成的普通单交和改良单交种的主要农艺性状进行了分析。研究结果表明,利用早代姊妹种(S_2、S_3)进行制种,产量可以提高40%左右,S_2的制种产量甚至成倍增加,不同材料同世代的姊妹种间增产幅度不一。改良单交种的产量和整齐度与普通单交种相近。
The research has been made on the main agronomy characters of sister lines and sister crosses produced by self-breeding from a single plant of each of the three materials as well as the characters of single crosses and modified single crosses composed of crossing sister lines and sister crosses with parents. The yield of seed production would be incressed by about 40% by using early generation sister crosses (S2, S3), and even be redoubled by using S2. The increasing rates were different among the same generation sister crosses from different materials. The uniformity and yield of modified single cross may be basically the same as the corresponding single cross. Combining with the cytoplasmic male sterility, it will widen the using prospect of modified single crosses.
