摘要
经过反复的企业及项目概况的评价、市场预测、建设条件等诸多方面的可行性论证,内蒙古工商银行技改处终于写出了《乌海市化工厂1.5万吨/年烧碱技改项目评估报告》。乌海市化工厂是内蒙古自治区较有影响的综合性大型化工企业,拥有总厂、10个分厂及公司。由于近几年来,天然碱开采量下降,并且原料基地伊盟地区各个天然碱湖附近相继建成一批相当规模的碱加工企业、使该厂的原料碱失去了供应保证。针对此种情势,并结合邻近地区食盐源丰富的情况,该厂提出了电碱法生产烧碱的改造项目,于1988年委托内蒙古石化科研所编做了可行性研究报告。乌海市经委以乌经收(88)21号文予以立项。1990年,乌海市经委以乌经技(90)9号文再次补充批复。1990年上报化工部申请技改专项贷款时,又委托内蒙轻化设计院编制了可行性报告,因乌海市尚由国务院正式批准为改革试验区,故在内蒙经委重新立项。
Wuhai Municipal Chemical Industry Plant is the large-sized chemical industrial enterprise in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Ils major products and the annual productive capacity is:caustic soda of 40, 000 ton,solid caustic soda of 10,000 ton,sodium bi- carbonate of 15,000 ton,white carbon black of 1, 5000 ton,sodium metasilicate of 5.000 ton,new-type foamless washing powder of 3,000 ton,plastic weav- ing bags of 1 million and so on. At present,the enterprise has the general plant and ten branch plants and corporations.It has com- plete set of varied kinds of productive facilities and enjoys excellent transport condition for the productive raw and supplementary materials.
