The dynamic 1H-NMR studies on [Li(3D)][La (η3-C3H5)4](D=dioxane) are reported. The spectrum of hydrogens in allyl groups from AA'MM'X to AX4 as the temperature was raised through the range of-72 to 70℃. The constants of Ea(potential energy barrier) and A (frequency factor) for the site exchange of hydrogens in CH2 groups are obtained using Arrhenius equation.
