摘要
本文按严格纳入标准选择520例临床听力测验病例,以比较12种声反射推算听敏度方法的准确性,包括2种声反射预估听敏度判读标准(SPAR)、9种相关回归方程和1种双变量散点坐标系统。一般说来,双变量散点坐标图准确率最高(80.87%),但仅能识别听力是否障碍,Lilly方程和Rizzo方程存在推算值偏低倾向,SPAR标准存在预测偏高倾向。同时讨论了年龄、轻度中耳功能异常、重振现象对各种推算方法准确性影响。
The accuracy of the twelve methods in predicting hearing loss by acoustic-stapedius reflex was tested in 520 subjects selected for the present study. The methods were two versions of sensitivity prediction by acoustic stapediux reflex, nine regression equations, and the bivariate plot system. In general, the bivariate plot system most accurately identified hearing loss. Regression equation tended to underestimate hearing loss. Sensitivity prediction by the acoustic reflex and the bivariate plot system tended to over predict hearing loss. Accuracy of hearing loss prediction is not significantly affected age and minor tympanometric abnormalities. It is accepted that the methods may be routinely applied in forensic audiological assessment.
