本文介绍了多路小信号测量中的转换技术，简述了程控转换开关的基本原理和制做方法及ＲＳ—２３２Ｃ接口技术，经测试转换开关的寄生电势小于０．２μＶ。
The conversion technique for measuring multichannel small signal is introduced in this ppper,and the basic principle and making method of program conversion switch as well as RS-232C interfacing are also described briefly.The testing result demonstrates that the parasitie electromotiveforce for conversion switch is less than 0.2μv
