摘要
在东西方文化深入交流而"中国化"日益凸显的今天,伴随着我国新农村文化建设的全面开展,现代农村管理哲学的构建亦为时代所需。我国传统乡村管理思想有其内在发展理路与鲜明特点,富含管理哲学的诸多因子,批判地继承我国传统乡村管理思想,既是一个需要解决的历史问题,又是一个需要解决的哲学问题。
Today,eastern and western cultures are thorough exchanging and the Chinese-characterization increasingly stands out.With comprehensive developing of the New Rural culture construction in our country,the construction of management philosophy of modern rural becomes the requirement of the era too.The management thought of Chinese traditional rural had internal development clue and distinct characteristic and was very rich in many factors of management philosophy.To critically inherit the management thought of Chinese traditional rural is not only a historical problem to solve,but a philosophical problem to solve.
