摘要
针对特殊情况下不完全齿带轮传动可能产生齿顶干涉的问题.提出用降低主动轮首,末齿齿高或增加主动轮上隔离轴承外径的方法消除齿顶干涉,推导出首、末齿齿顶修整量及隔离轴承外径最小增量的计算式;分析了各种消除齿顶干涉方法的特点和适用范围.
Based on the analysis of toothtop interference of incomplete odontoidpulley driving.the method of cotting down tooth-height of first or last tooth,as well as increasing diameter of isolation bearing is presented to eliminateinterference.Formulas for caculating amend value of first or last tooth as well asmost diameter of isolation bearing are given.The applied range of each methodof elimcnating intarference is analyZed.
