摘要
就69例精神分裂症病例的分型,采用精神分裂症的计量诊断 A 法与传统的描述性诊断方法进行了对比分析,发现该二种诊断方法在具有可比性的56例各组分型使用中无显著性差异,并有高度相关的关系存在。认为可以应用于临床实践,特别是在目前诊断精神分裂症中的未定型有增多趋势的情况下,更可用计量诊断 A 法予以修正。使用该二种方法出现分型诊断不一致时,指出要全面衡量、综合判断所得出的结果再予以分型。
The typing of schizopphrenia was studied by comparing the meter method A with traditional dexcribing method in 69 cases.It was found that there was no significant difference in 56 comparable cases with the two methods,with closely relationship.Therefore, the meter diagnosis technique can be used in clinical practice,especially for correcting its typing.If there is different results with the two techniques,the over all analysis showld be needed.
