A Preliminary Textual Research on Mechanical Technology on the Basis of Bronze Arrows Unearched from Terrocotta Warrior and Horse Figure Pit

摘要 对秦始皇陵兵马俑坑出土最多的兵器──铜镞,从尺寸、形状、表面粗糙度等几何参数精度及表面加工质量进行了精确的测量和研究考证.在此基础上,分析和探讨了秦陵三棱钢镞的结构功能、制造工艺、几何精度及相应的机械加工技术和质量管理制度.提出秦代具有磨削工艺及其尺寸符合正态分布等观点。 This paper is to make the first accurate measurement and investigation of bronze arrows which are of the largest in number of actual combat weapons unearthed from Qin Terracotta Warrior and Horse Figure Pits,according to the geometric parameter including size, form, surface roughness and surface quality. Based on the above the structure function manufacture technology and geometric accuracy of the bronze arrows and relative systems of product management and mechanical technology in Qin Dynasty are analyzed and discussed. Especially the statements such as the grinding technique application and the manafactured size distribution fitt to the normal distribution in the Qin Dynasty are put forwared in this paper.
