摘要 黔南山区薏苡资源丰富多样,分布广泛,植物学分类可分为2种3变种,其中“小果薏苡”为新分布种。在高原气候驯育下,黔南薏苡具有种仁大,出仁率高以及蛋白质、脂肪、多种氨基酸、直链淀粉、油酸含量较高的特点,是选育良种的宝贵资源。经IEF电泳分析,栽培种和野生种的酯酶同工酶酶带分别为30和24条,带型众多,小果野生种酶带稀少,是比较原始的种群,由此认为黔南可能是我国薏苡起源中心的一部分。 Job's tears resources in Qiannan mountainous area was diversified and distributed wjdely.Two species and three mutations were classified according to phytotaxonomy,of which small fruit job's tears was a new species.Under domestication of the plateau climate,the job's tears char-acterized big kernel,higher rate of kernal-yielding and higher contents of protein,fat,amino-acid,amylose and oleic acid.So it is the valuable resource for breeding.The esterase isozyme-belt of the cultivated species and wild species are 30 and 24 sparately through electopheresis.The wild species(small fruit)has less belts as an ioriginal species.This shows that Qiannan mountainous area could be the part of origin center of job's tears.
