摘要
通过讨论化学短程有序变化的动力学特性来阐明类金属B影响居里温度Tc的原因:B原子含量的变化影响非晶态Fe100-xBx合金中异类原子共价键和同类原子金属键的形成;这两种键是化学短程有序变化的驱动力;化学短程有序的变化促使Tc的变化.
The influence of content of matalloid B atoms on constitution of the covalent bond of unlike atoms and matallic bond of like atoms in amorphous Fe100-x Bx al loy.This both bond are driving force of change of chemical short-range order. In this paper,We expound cause of the influence of matalloid B on curie temperature by discussing dynamic properties of change of chemical short-range order.
