定向油气井出砂模型的建立与参数分析 被引量:6

ANALYSIS ON STRESS DISTRIBUTION IN DIRECTIONAL WELL AND FACTORS AFFECTING ON SAND PRODUCTION

摘要 从分析定向井井眼的应力状态出发,建立了油气井的出砂模型。将出砂划分为地层填充砂随流体的产出运移和地层骨架结构破坏出砂两种类型,提出了临界井底压差与出砂程度两个概念,分析了地应力、抽层压力、井斜角、方位角等因素对油气并出砂程度的影响.研究结果表明,垂直应力为最大主应力时,其出砂程度较小;而为中间主应力时出砂程度较大,井斜角与方位角对出砂程度的影响同应力状态有关。 The stress distribution of directional wellbore is analyzed.The way of sandproduction can be considered as two types of the fine sand carried into hole by reservoirfluid,and produced from destroyed maxtrix of rock.Two concepts of critical productionpressure difference and sand production extent are defined.The effects of many factors,suchas crustal stress.reservoir pressure,deviated angle and azimuth angle on sand productionextent are discussed.Sand production extent is small under the condition of vertical stresstaking as the maxinum stress,and it is great under the middle stress.The effects of deviatedangle and azimuth angle are dependent on the stress distribution.
