摘要
作者介绍了一种简便易行的食管双重对比检查方法，效果满意。结合２３３０例实际操作谈了几点初步的体会。食管的检查方法和技巧有多种，要根据不同的疾病，不同的检查目的作出相应的选择。优质的硫酸钡制剂与恰当的浓度，掌握好曝光时机，患者的密切配合是做好食管双对比造影的几个关键环节。最后，作者认为几种检查方法相结合，观察解剖结构与运动功能相结合对于做好影像诊断工作是很重要的。
Asimple and easily doing method to perform double-contrast examination of the esophagus is introduced with a very satisfactory results.Through the practical experience of 2330 cases,many important impressions and some viewpoints are revealed and described here.There are several methods and skills of esophageal examination,we could select one or tow of these according to the needs of diseases and examination.Good quality of sulphate barium products with proper concentration,suitable exposure chance,and the mutual cooperation of the patients are the key links of successful double-contrast esophagography.Finely,the author suggest that it is very impotant for clinical diagnosis to use several examination methods and to observe the peristalsis as well as the anatomic construction.
