摘要
铁磁性材料的磁声发射强度与材料的应力有关.根据这一原理,笔者对一组适张程度不同的65Mn圆锯片进行了磁场发射特性的实验研究,得出了适张应力沿锯片径向分布的磁声发射曲线.根据这一曲线所计算出的应力值与有关资料中的数值相近.文章还介绍了实验仪器和检测方法、磁化器的结构、激磁电压的确定等.
MAE of ferromagnetic material has stress effect.According to this principle, MAE characteristics are investigated using a set of different tensioning 65Mn circular saw. MAE curve of RN(ringdown rate)versus r(radius)is achieved,tensioning stress of each point calculated according to this curve is much similar to that in some books.This paper al- so describes testing instrument,testing method,magnetizer structure and determing exciting voltage etc.
