摘要
认为阴阳历称为“农历”是违背科学的，简称华历，较为妥当．春节与旧年相连，对社会诸多部门造成了不利影响，以定在立春日为宜．
Habitually people call it Lunar Calendar or Traditional Chinese Calendar. It is a miunderstanding. Now we suggest using .nHua calendar' instead of lunisolar. So Spring Festival is connected with the Begining of the Year of lunisolar calendar, it is very unprofitable to variousfields of production and government departments. SO it is quite suitable and profitable to fixatespring festival on the day of begining of spring
