摘要
电针大鼠双侧“足三里”50min 后,小肠神经结构内胆碱酯酶活性和脑啡肽免疫反应性明显降低,P 物质免疫反应性明显升高。提示电针“足三里”调整胃肠功能可能是通过肠壁内神经递质活性的变化来实现的。
In order to investigate the mechanism of Zusanli(St.36)in regulating gastrointestinal function,the tech- niques of enzyme histochemistry,immunohistochemistry and microspectrophotometer were used to observe the changes of acetylcholinesterase(AChE)activity,enkephalin(ENK),and substance P(SP),immunoreactivities (IR)in small intestines of rats after electroaeupuncture(EA)of Zusanli.The findings showed that AChE activity and ENK-IR were significantly decreased(P<0.01).but SP-IR was distinctly increased 50 min after EA at Zu- sanli.These results suggested that through the changing of gastrointestinal neurotransmitters the Zusanli regu- lated the function of gastrointestinal tract.
