摘要
采用放射配基(~3H-DHA)结合分析法,测定过敏性哮喘模型组、模型加电针治疗组及正常对照组豚鼠肺组织中β受体的最大结合容量(Bmax)和亲和力(Kd)。结果表明:(1)对照组、模型组 Bmax 比较,P【0.05;电针组 Bmax 与前两组比较,P】0.05;(2)对照组、模型组和电针组 Kd 值3组比较,P】0.05。本研究提示电针对过敏性哮喘豚鼠肺组织β受体的含量减少及亲和力增高趋势有一定的调整作用。
Twenty-four male guinea-pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups:allergic asthma guinea-pigs which were prepared by peritoneal injection and spraying inhalation of albumin(group Ⅰ),the allergic asthma guinea- pigs which were treated with electroacupuncture through stimulating the acupoint Feishu(UB13)and the controls (group Ⅱ and Ⅲ).With[~3H]DHA as a radioligand,pulmonary β-adrenoceptors in 3 groups of guinea- pigs were determined by radioligand binding assay technique.The results showed that:(1)the Bmax(fmol/mg prot.)of pulmonary β-adrenoceptors in group Ⅰ(123.86±16.50)was lower significantly than that in group Ⅲ (199.54±37.03,P<0.05),while the difference between group Ⅱ(142.00±42.91)and group Ⅲ was not sig- nificant(P>0.05).(2)the Kd(nM)of pulmonary β-adrenoceptors in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 5.10±1.39, 6.53±2.41 and 8.72±2.02 respectively,and the differences among three groups were not significant(P>0. 05).The results indicated that the decrease of the content and dysfunction of pulmonary β-adrenoceptors in al- lergic asthma guinea-pigs might he regulated by electroacupuncture therapy.
