摘要
为合成肝胆显像剂IODIDA,以活泼芳香胺为原料,经改进的直接碘化法,选择性碘代芳香胺。在吡啶与醋酐存在下,用相应的碘代芳香胺与氮三乙酸反应,可得所需产物,产率较好。
Thin paper reporte the synthesis of N - (2,6-diethyl - 3 -iodo - phenylcarbamoyImethyl)iminodiaceti-cacid(10DIDA) which in superior to the other hepatobiliary imaging agent at preaent. The key atep ia the aelecting iodi-nation and amine group protection of 2.6 -diethyl -aniline. When 2.6-diethyl - 3-iodo-aniline reacted with nitril-triacetic arid in the prenence of acetic anhydride and andydiroua pyridine , the IODIDA ia obtained in good yield.
