A kind of optical fibreoptic tactile sensor array based on the Mach-Zehnder interferometer is introduced.The sensing arm,in the form of a 3×3 array,laid on the upper interface of the sensor,is used to sense the pressure and the slipperiness with the reference arm laid on another plain.The sensitivity and antijam of the tactile sensor for the robot is improved by this method.
