摘要
本文分韵表式同音字典和部首笔画式字典两类概述了潮汕方言字典编写、出版的历史和现状,并以陈凌千的《潮汕字典》、吴华重等的《新字典》和李新魁的《常用字黄》为代表,讨论了潮汕方言字典的优缺点,最后就方言字典的收字、注音、释义和索引等方面提出了自己的看法。
In this paper,the history and present status of the compilation and publication of Chaozhou-Shantou subdialectal dictionaries are investigated with evidence from two types of dictionaries,namely,those with homonymic characters arranged in order of finals and those with characters entered in order of traditional Chinese radicals and/or number of strokes. Their merits and demerits are compared, with Chaozhou-Shantou Subdialectal Dictionary by Chen Lingqian, A New Chaozhoulese Dictionary by Wu Huachong and others, and Putonghua - Chaozhou-Shantou Subdialectal Dictionary as representatives. Finally, the author of this paper presents his own arguments over such problems in dictionary compilation as entries selection , pronunciation pairing, grammatical and semantic information, and indexes or searching aids.
