摘要
用生物素标记的cDNA探针原位杂交检测了8例急性髓系白血病(AML)M2a患者,12例M2b患者及7例良性血液病患者(对照组)骨髓细胞表达细胞因子(TGF-β,TNF-α)基因和原癌基因(N-ras,c-myc,v-sis)的水平。结果表明:①M2a患者TGF-β及N-ras基因表达阳性率明显高于M2b患者。其它基因表达M2a与M2b相比无显著差异。②M2a和M2b患者c-myc基因表达阳性率均显著高于良性血液病对照组。M2a和M2b患者其它基因表达与对照组相比无明显差异。我们的结果提示M2a与M2b在基因表达方面存在差异。
Using in situ hybridization with biotin labelled cDNA probes, we detected expression of cytokine genes and oncogenes in bone marrow cells of 8 cases of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) M2a, 12 cases of M2b and 7 cases of benign hemopathy (controls). The result showed: (1)Positive rate of TGF-β and N-ras genes expression in patients with M2a were significantly higher than with M2b. No difference was found between the other genes expression in patients with M2a and M2b. (2)Positive rate of c-myc gene expression in patients with M2a and M2b were both significantly higher than controls. No difference was found in other genes expression between M2a or M2b patients and controls. Our study suggested there was difference in gene expression between M2a and M2b.
