摘要
采用贴片法测定了蕲艾油对各种病原菌的抑菌圈大小,并用试管法测定了蕲艾油最低抑菌浓度.结果表明:蕲艾油对所检测的11种病菌全部具有抑制作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用最强.对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度均在0.031%左右.
The inhibitory ability of Artemisia argyi cv Qiai toward the growth of various bacteria has been studied and the minimum inhibitory concentration have been determined.The terpenes and phenols in the essential oil appeprs to be responsible for the inhibitory action.
