摘要
用不同保存时间的鸡球虫混合苗,进行了免疫、攻击试验,通过比较免疫组和对照组的死亡率、增重率、血便记分、病变值、卵囊值及抗球虫指数,确定鸡球虫混合苗的保存期应为4℃～8℃、180天。
The test of immunity and challenge of coccidial multivalant vaccine of chicken in different storage was examined. The storage of vaccine with 180 days at 4～8℃ was defined by comparing of mortality, percent weight gain, bloody drops, perlent lesion Score, oocyst pruduction and anticoccidial index (ACI) in the contrast and treated groups.
