摘要
本文报道了对17例异位妊娠在未破裂之前应用阴道超声检查作出诊断，经手术及病理检查证实其诊断符合率为92．7％。结合文献，本文讨论了阴道超声检查在异位妊娠早期诊断，治疗中的价值及异位妊娠阴道超声图像特点。
The article reveals that we made out the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by applying vaginal ultrasound to seventeen cases. Operation and pathology proved that the concidence rate of diagnosis was 92．7%. Conjugating with documents, this paper discussed the role of transvaginal ultrasonography in early diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy, and feature of vaginal ultrasound picture in ectopic pregnancy.
