摘要
详细讨论了造纸工业碱回收黑液蒸发系统的控制策略及设计方法。黑液蒸发系统是典型的强耦合大时滞系统,采用通常的调节方法很难达到满意效果,采用扩展Smith补偿器的控制方法并作进一步改进,仿真对比结果表明,控制效果得到明显改进。
This paper discusses the methodology and design of a black liquor evaporator control system for the alkali recovery in the Pulp industry. The system is characterized by its strong coupling and extended time lag, so it is difficult to work well using ordinary control algorism. With the aid of the extended Smith compensation developed in this paper,the author obtains satisfactory results.
